James McWilliams has always been my brick wall. My grandmother always thought her father was James Edward McWilliams. That is what is listed on her birth certificate. However, I now have evidence to believe that his name was James Conrad (as listed on his WWI draft registration). My grandmother's birth certificate was a delayed certificate, and the informant was her step-grandfather.

Georgia Adeline McCarow is listed as mother on social security application for Jame C. McWilliams, and for Joe Carey McWilliams. I have not found her mentioned in any other records.
